Welcome to FRNDSAPP! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FRNDSAPP mobile application and related services. By using FRNDSAPP, you agree to these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FRNDSAPP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2 Eligibility

  • • You must be at least 18 years old to use FRNDSAPP
  • • You must complete 3D face verification to create an account
  • • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • • You may only maintain one account per person

3 Account Security

Your Responsibilities

  • • Keep your login credentials secure
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • • You are responsible for all activity on your account

3D Face Verification

  • • Required for account creation and profile picture uploads
  • • Helps ensure only real humans use FRNDSAPP
  • • Profile pictures must match your verified face

4 Acceptable Use

You Agree To:

  • • Use FRNDSAPP for lawful purposes only
  • • Treat other users with respect
  • • Only upload photos of yourself
  • • Provide accurate information in your profiles
  • • Comply with all applicable laws

You Agree NOT To:

  • • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • • Impersonate others or create fake profiles
  • • Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
  • • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • • Use automated tools to access FRNDSAPP
  • • Collect user data without permission
  • • Share OTS messages or attempt to screenshot them

5 Spaces and Content

Creating Spaces

  • • You may create Spaces using our AI Space Builder
  • • Spaces must comply with these Terms and our community guidelines
  • • We reserve the right to remove Spaces that violate our policies

User Content

  • • You retain ownership of content you create
  • • You grant us a license to display your public profile content
  • • Private messages are end-to-end encrypted — we cannot access them

6 End-to-End Encryption

  • • All private messages, files, and calls are end-to-end encrypted
  • • We cannot read, access, or decrypt your private content
  • • You are responsible for your own encryption keys
  • • If you lose access to your device, encrypted messages may be unrecoverable

7 OTS (One-Time Secure) Messages

  • • OTS messages are designed for maximum privacy
  • • Attempting to screenshot or record OTS content may result in account suspension
  • • We will notify senders if screenshot attempts are detected
  • • OTS content is permanently deleted after viewing

8 Safety and Reporting

  • • Use the block feature to prevent unwanted contact
  • • Report users who violate these Terms
  • • We investigate all reports and may take action including account suspension

9 Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by visiting our Account Deletion page.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or other reasons at our discretion.

10 Disclaimers

  • • FRNDSAPP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • • We do not guarantee you will find matches or connections
  • • We are not responsible for the actions of other users
  • • Use caution when meeting people from the internet

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRNDSAPP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

12 Changes to Terms

  • • We may update these Terms from time to time
  • • We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email
  • • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
